REVISED REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – PUBLIC WORKS IMPROVEMENT Sealed Proposals will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM, local time, on Friday, January 20, 2012 by Don Snyder, Public Works Director, at City of Warrenton City Hall, 225 South Main Avenue, PO Box 250, Warrenton, Oregon, 97146 for the following work: CITY OF WARRENTON PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed project consists of the following work on a site across the street to the north from City Hall and adjacent to Warrenton Public Works existing garage at 45 SW 2nd Street: provide an engineered foundation/site plan, furnish and install a 78’ x 50’ x 16’ pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with five (5) parking bays, five 12’ x 14’ high non-insulated commercial 24-gauge doors, two 36” steel man doors, by Nucor Building Systems or an equivalent manufacturer, including concrete floors and ties to existing on-site drainage system and electrical conduit.
